One of seven phases, this part of the project included demolition, internal re-modelling of circulation, administration and ancillary areas, classroom refurbishment new M&E, air-conditioning, ventilation, toilets, drainage, firestopping, external aluminium doors, new windows, internal walls, internal doors and flooring as well as various external works. The extensive volume of works had to be largely undertaken and completed during the six week summer recess.
